The flat is 53 m2 in size + 12 m2 terrace. The space consists of a ground floor and a first floor, which can accommodate 4 people (extra bed optional). On the ground floor there is a living room with an exit to the terrace with a kitchenette, bathroom and hallway, while the upstairs is a place to relax. In the 4-person flat there are two separate double bedrooms with one double bed and two separate beds. The living room is equipped with a beautiful sofa bed, coffee table, table with chairs and smart TV. The kitchenette includes appliances, kitchen accessories, dinner/coffee service and bar glassware. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, washing machine, hood, and toaster. The bathroom is a spacious shower cubicle with rain shower, hairdryer, towels and warm floor. In the hallway you will find a large mirror, wardrobe and hangers and a pouffe. The morning exit straight from the bedroom to the balcony will be a beautiful start to the day by the sea. The entire flat has underfloor heating and has unlimited Wi-Fi access.
