CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
If in the course of the service the Client discovers a faulty performance of the agreement (i.e. inconsistent with the booking conditions and description of the service/product on the Facility’s website), the Client should immediately notify the service provider (directly at the Facility’s reception desk, by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at +48 500 330 220)
The complaint will be dealt with within 14 days. Possible return of funds, as a result of the complaint, will be made in a manner corresponding to the payment made (e.g. in the case of a card payment – to the card account, in the case of a bank transfer – to the bank account from which the transfer was made).
