Rules of making reservations, cancellation of reservations, ways and dates of payment for reservations, confirmations of reservations and complaints in the NATURAPART complex, Tęsknoty 8 Street, 72-420 Dziwnów, tel. +48 500 330 220, email , hereinafter: “Facility”.

1. The prices shown on the Facility website are gross prices (including VAT).
2. The transaction is made in PLN. Prices in other currencies are indicative and shall be converted at an approximate rate.
3. The booking agreement is concluded with the operator of the online booking system ( Roman Korczyński based in Jelenia Góra at 12A Młyńska Street. TAX ID: 611-227-24-45, REGON: 021066480, hereinafter referred to as “Operator”) acting on behalf and for the benefit of NATURAPART Facility, Tęsknoty 8 Street, 72-420 Dziwnów, TAX ID: 7312053872


1. A booking is considered confirmed once the booking fee is paid.
2. Until the moment of paying the reservation fee, the reservation is a preliminary one, while the lack of payment by the agreed date results in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
3. When choosing the option “I pay online via” the Client is redirected to a page which allows the payment via the Przelewy24 Payment Service System. Data is authorised by connecting to the Przelewy24 system using an encrypted protocol. After the payment is accepted by the Przelewy24 System, the client is automatically notified by e-mail about the payment confirmation and the booking – the e-mail contains the client’s details, the name of the complex, a description of the offer, the total price of the stay, the deposit paid and the amount to be paid. The remaining amount for the purchased stay shall be paid by the client in the NATURAPART complex upon collecting the keys or by transfer through the Przelewy24 system. An e-mail confirming the reservation should be presented at the reception desk as the basis for the deposit payment and settlement of the remaining amount.


1. The reservation can be cancelled by contacting the Facility, by phone or e-mail.
2. The cost of cancelling the reservation is determined by the terms of the offer in which the reservation is made.
3. If the cancellation results in a refund, it will be made in a manner corresponding to the payment made (e.g. in the case of a card payment, to the card account, in the case of a bank transfer – to the bank account from which the transfer was made) within 14 days.
4. Reservation can be canceled without any cost up to 21 days before arrival, provided that the reservation is made earlier than 21 days before arrival of the Guest. The prepayment shall be refunded within 14 working days of the Guest completing accounting formalities, to the bank account or payment card used to make the payment. The date of receipt of a legibly signed correction of the invoice at the address of the complex will be decisive. In the case of cancellation, the deposit shall not be refunded if at least one of the following conditions occurs: a) the Guest cancels the reservation less than 21 days before arrival; b) the Guest does not turn up at the Hotel on the day of arrival; c) the reservation
is made less than 21 days before arrival;
5. A shortened stay is treated as a cancellation after the cancellation deadline and therefore involves paying the bill for the whole declared period of stay.


If in the course of the service the Client discovers a faulty performance of the agreement (i.e. inconsistent with the booking conditions and description of the service/product on the Facility’s website), the Client should immediately notify the service provider (directly at the Facility’s reception desk, by e-mail at or by telephone at +48 500 330 220)
The complaint will be dealt with within 14 days. Possible return of funds, as a result of the complaint, will be made in a manner corresponding to the payment made (e.g. in the case of a card payment – to the card account, in the case of a bank transfer – to the bank account from which the transfer was made).

In order to ensure that you have a successful holiday, please read the following Regulations.

1. Free wireless internet is available in the NATURAPART APARTMENT for our guests.
2. Stay in the APARTMENT (hotel day) starts at 16:00.
3. Stay in the APARTMENT (hotel day) ends at 10:00 a.m.
4. On the day of arrival we charge in cash.
:- a deposit of 500 PLN for damages. On the day of departure if everything is in order it will be returned to the guest.
– tourist tax: 2 PLN x number of people x number of days of stay.
5. Smoking and frying fish is strictly prohibited in the NATURAPART APARTMENT. Smoking is allowed on the terrace or balcony adjacent to the flat. Guests who do not obey this prohibition will be charged a fee of 500 PLN for refreshing the rooms, equipment and laundry.
6. The intercom in the “NATURAPART” complex has a universal code allowing entry to the complex premises.
7. The free parking place belonging to the flat is located in the closed area of the NATURAPART complex.
8. The rubbish bin is located next to the car park.
9. The NATURAPART APARTMENT maintains curfew from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
10. NATURAPART is not responsible for guests’ belongings left in the flat.
11. The organisation of social events is strictly forbidden.
12. The Guest may use the premises solely for residential purposes and may not sublet it. Only the number of persons declared in the reservation can live in the APARTMENT.
13. In the event of losing the keys or the remote control to the entrance gate, the Guest covers the cost in the amount of PLN 100.
14. If during the stay, due to the fault of the GUEST or persons invited by the GUEST, damage or loss of part of the equipment of the APARTMENT occurs, the GUEST is financially responsible for the aforementioned damage.
15. Guests are required to lock the front door and windows each time before leaving it. Please take care of the APARTMENT and leave it in a good condition.
16. Guests’ personal data will be processed by APARTAMENT only for the purpose of processing the order and for marketing purposes if the guest gives the appropriate consent during the reservation. The person making the reservation has the right to access and update their personal data.
17. The APARTMENT reserves the right to refuse to accommodate a guest who does not have valid proof of identity or refuses to show the document, is under the influence of alcohol or other drugs, during the previous stay has grossly violated the above Regulations.
